Where is my receipt?

After your payment is complete on Knox Court Pay, you'll receive an email confirmation receipt, and if signed in to a profile, a receipt will be stored in the "Receipts" section of your profile. Follow the steps below to find your receipt on Knox Court Pay:

 

1. Visit Knox Court Pay and sign in to your profile.

 

2. Click the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage, and then select Payments.

3. Select a receipt to view more information.
