Enroll a Knox County Court Case in AutoPay on KnoxCourtPay

To get started with AutoPay, you’ll first need to create a KnoxCourtPay profile (see Create a Profile on KnoxCourtPay). Once you’re signed in and have linked your eligible case (see Add a Knox County Case on KnoxCourtPay), you’re ready to follow the steps below to enroll in AutoPay.

Note: AutoPay availability may vary.

1. Select the appropriate court from the "Services" drop down menu and click Manage Autopay/Enroll in AutoPay 

2. Check the box next to the case(s) you wish to enroll and click Continue

3. Choose a Payment Method and click Continue

4. Accept the Terms and Conditions then click Enroll In AutoPay
