Change AutoPay Payment Method for a Knox County Court Case on KnoxCourtPay

Need to update the card connected to your AutoPay? We’ve got you covered.

You can change the AutoPay payment method for your Knox County court case at any time by updating the card saved in your settings on KnoxCourtPay. Follow the steps below to quickly and securely update your payment method so you’re all set for your upcoming payments:

1. Choose the appropriate court from the "Services" drop down menu and select Manage Autopay/Enroll in AutoPay 

2. Click the edit icon next to the AutoPay account you wish to update

3. Select or enter your new payment method 

4. Click Save
